So the item itself is in decent condition overall, but unfortunately it has dead spots on the screen. When you try to touch in those areas it doesn’t register the touch. By rotating the screen a bunch I was able to get into the iPad and it is possible to set it up and such, it’s been reset. It would need a new digitizer if I had to guess or a new screen entirely (I’m not too familiar with how the iPads are setup). Being sold as-is for parts. I’ve restarted the iPad multiple times to see if that would fix the issue and it didn’t unfortunately.
