These are kobalt mini tool boxes purchased from Lowe's. Top & bottom set. I get them the tops are plain, I customize them, once designed i put multiple layers of epoxy resin over the top. Smooth glass like top finish. (Resin) the sides & back have vinyl decals on them no resin, very top part is covered & layered in resin.
This is new, has box, I just take them out & decorate so they've never been used.
Great for stash box, sm0ke box, jewelry box, desk top box for pens, etc..
