These are new they don't have the tags or the elastic band gave them to my stepdaughter and she can wear them so the dirt on the bottom is literally from just sitting them down on things they've never been worn you can tell by even looking at them do elastic isn't even like you know that now you busted out how it gets well that's not even done they have lots of van for more comfort their quilted style they're very cute I wish I wore a size 7 cuz they'd be mine. They're soft and silky looking and they feel like that in their retro style
