This is a very beautiful pink long dress from PREFERENCE PARTY'S. I purchased it at a department store (I think it cost around 40,000 to 50,000 yen) and wore it a few times for concert performances.
It has a halter neck, which allows for a lot of freedom in the arm area. The bust area is adjustable with elastic (see image 4). There is a zipper on the left side. The fabric is very soft, and it flares beautifully when you walk.

Total length: about 154 cm (from the top of the halter neck)
Width: up to 40 cm (can be adjusted smaller with elastic)
Waist: about 34 cm
Stretch: a little bit
