This vintage mechanical bank is called, "Uncle Sam". It is made of cast iron and is about 11.25" tall. When a coin is placed in his hand and the lever is pushed, the U.S. Satchel opens and the coin drops in. It is in excellent condition and has a rubber stopper on the bottom as seen in the pictures (not sure if this is original or not). It is also very heavy.
